SMS Terms

Effective October 7, 2026

The Democratic Party of Uvalde County text program shares party news, local event notices, volunteer opportunities, and voting information. By checking the optional SMS consent box and submitting your number, you authorize recurring automated SMS/MMS to that number. This program does not include fundraising or donation requests.

Frequency and charges

You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Permission to receive texts is not required to purchase anything, contact us, volunteer, or otherwise participate.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one confirmation message. For assistance, reply HELP or email guybot0351@gmail.com. You can also request removal through that email address. Please notify us if you give up or change your subscribed phone number.

Availability and privacy

You must be authorized to use the number you submit. Delivery depends on mobile networks and is not guaranteed. Carriers, including T-Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Read our Privacy Policy for details about how contact information and consent are handled.
